Daniel Puder

Puder started his own non-profit organization, Puder Strength Training (PST), to help local high schools by donating weight training equipment to their strength training programs and to underprivileged teenagers. Puder also works with Toys for Tots, After School All Stars, HAWKE Foundation, Police Athletic League (PAL) and Shriners Hospitals for Kids. Puder started Daniel Puder Promotions, an event promotional company. Puder opened his own gym the Hollywood MMA Gym which specializes in martial arts, self defense and boot camp.

In 2005, Puder started Puder’s Knockouts. With Puder’s Knockouts, Puder launched a video series of health, fitness and lifestyle through Youtube..

In 2009, Puder launched his own company, Fight5, and produced two MMA pay-per-view events.

In 2010, Puder started MyLife MyPower, to provide organizations and youth with effective programs to help combat bullying through various avenues such as self esteem, self empowerment and body image.

Kyle Brown

When Dan asked if his videographer could videotape the radio show we said yes. We didn’t know at the time his other credentials. Now that we do…he will be a guest during the MyPower MyLife segment of the show.

Dan Puder’s business partner and co-author of their book is Kyle Brown. Kyle is a health and nutrition expert whose portfolio includes everything from leading workshops for Fortune 500 companies and publishing nutrition articles in top-ranked fitness journals, to training celebrity clientele –from pro athletes to CEOs to multi-platinum recording artists.  In 2010, he was voted San Diego’s Best Personal Trainer by the readers of The San Diego Union Tribune and Signonsandiego.com.
