Kim Kabar

Kim Kabar is the founder of Hungry for Less™ – A transformational weight loss program. She is also a weight-loss coach and the author of “Hungry For Less: Rediscovering the Joy of Food While Losing Weight in the Process,” set for publication in 2012. Ms. Kabar is also an award-winning journalist who is a frequent contributor to the Los Angeles Times, as well as numerous travel magazines including Latitudes and V de Volaris. Ms. Kabar resides in Long Beach, California.

Paul Sivertsen

Paul Sivertsen is a graduate of Landmark Education and was responsible for training and coaching hundreds of people in leading transformational programs over the course of 10 years. He also participated in numerous self development training programs such as the Mankind Project, Wisdom Unlimited and Peak Potentials. Paul has co-developed parts of the Hungry For Less™ program. Born in Belgium, he has been an entrepreneur since 1991 in medical publishing in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, and later was co-founder of a successful graphic design business in Los Angeles. He currently works in quality control management and training commercial scuba divers. Paul resides in Long Beach, California.

Tamara De La Guerra

Tamara De La Guerra is an accomplished an internationally recognized Martial Artist who has had the privilege to travel the world and compete on the Canadian International Team.  She holds gold medals in the art of Goju Ryu Karate kata and sparring leaving her undefeated for over 10 years.  Her love and passion for both her art and fitness combined has created a unique training method for her clients.

Tamara continues to train, teach, compete and perform in the Los Angeles area and around the world.

As an accomplished athlete, she strives to constantly be learning and achieving the next level of creativity and excellence.  Her new training method has been proven to be a success for her clients.

Her fitness training career was launched over a year ago in Los Angeles, creating excitement in the field of fitness and incorporating her Martial Arts skills appealed to her audience.  She will be launching her new Trademark fitness program in June 2009 with confidence it will reach new heights in the fitness world.

Her continued training, and competition as a world recognized martial artist keeps her challenged and open to new ventures in the Martial Arts as an international competitor in the United States.  Her affiliation with the USKA has opened opportunities to compete on national, State and World Championships.  She won the State Championships in California in 2008 which led her to qualify in New Orleans for the World Championships.  It was an honor to be part of something with such a high caliber, competition and enthusiasm.

She currently trains and lives in Los Angeles, California and is grateful for her wonderful clients that are so dedicated.
