Jake Strickland

Jake Strickland, was diagnosed on April 20, 2008 with stage 2 non-seminoma cancer. Basically, he had testicular cancer that had spread into the lymph nodes in his abdomen. He began the long road to recovery with surgery and chemo on June 1st. His sessions were Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. That’s right…6 hours a day for 5 days in a row! The next two weeks it was just Tuesday and the 4th week has “off”. That cycle repeated 4 times.

Jake survived and is ALIVE AND WELL. On his Facebook Group page it says, “Cancer never looked so good.”

How true is that? Jake is as handsome after as he was before. Now Jake has an even better positive outlook than ever and is moving on to more exciting things inLos Angeles. Tune in and find out how someone going through such awful and scary crap can stay positive and keep moving ahead.
