Ever a duality Liisa grew up in the woods of west Florida and New York City,  following in the footsteps of her mother who danced in the New York City Ballet and her sister whose credits include the Broadway revival of West Side Story. Liisa herself studied extensively with The Joffery Ballet, The American Dance Machine, Alvin Ailey and members of the Royal Ballet of London, enjoying a career in musical theatre in New York and the east coast, before moving to LA to expand her career into film, television and voice over.

She’s an alumni of The Beverly hills playhouse and has worked in the industry along side seasoned artists including Marylin McCoo, Jack Wagner, Marion Ross, Brad Sherwood, Billy West, Jess Harnell, and Bebe Neworth. Liisa grew up in the world of ballet and musical theater in  New York City before heading to L.A. to further her career in acting and voice-overs.

She manages to deftly juggle her theatrical career with her skin care business and can currently be seen in films on television as well as heard, as various Elves and Gremlins in the on-line game, Mythos.

Liisa originally opened Skin Beauty Bar in 2005, bringing with her years of advanced training in Aesthetics. She then went east to work, called away by her National PR Marketing credentials, and is happy to be back home in L.A. and back in gear with SKIN BEAUTY BAR. Her clients include many Industry professionals in front of, and behind the camera. Her skill at making guests feel cared for, and knowing how to make them “red carpet ready” earned her ” Best Day Spa – Studio City 2011″ by the U.S. Commerce association.

Her family has been in the resort business for generations, and this background in luxury service is a wonderful advantage for her pampered clientele.

In 2011, Skin Beauty Bar won BEST DAY SPA – Studio City – 2011 She now goes to her clients in the privacy of their own home and on location.
